The e-Correspondence Update Package is created to ensure that the changes that need to be made to the original e-Correspondence Package are kept without disrupting the package structure. The following table specifies the components of the e-Correspondence Update Package.

M: Mandatory - It is mandatory to include the specified component in the package

O: Optional - It is optional to include the specified component in the package

Certificate Control and Timestamp verification procedures must be performed before creating the Paraph Electronic Signature, Electronic Signature, and Electronic Seal used in ECP. The Original Package component in the e-Correspondence Update Package is not allowed to be an encrypted package.

Update Seal: When e-Correspondence Update Package is created, it is created by signing the “NihaiOzet.xml” file in the Final Hash component. “NihaiOzet.xml” contains the hash of Original Package, Core, Update Information components. The Update Seal component cannot include serial or parallel signers. The following table shows the components included and excluded in the Update Seal.
